These terms and services ("Terms and Services") set forth the terms and services governing the use of all services related our app ("Service") provided by unxpected, k.k. ("Company") between the customer using the Service ("User") and the Company.

Article 1 (Agreement to the Terms)

  1. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Service.
  2. Users must use the Service in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use.
  3. You may not use the Service unless you have validly and irrevocably agreed to these Terms of Use.
  4. In the event that the Company distributes or posts on its website documents regarding the Service under different names such as "Terms of Use," "Guidelines," "Policies," etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Terms"), users shall use the Service in accordance with the provisions of the Individual Terms in addition to these Terms of Use. In the event that there are separate "Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Service"), users must use the Service in accordance with the provisions of the separate Terms of Service in addition to these Terms of Service.
  5. Whether or not you register as a member, your use of the Service constitutes your valid and irrevocable agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Service is subject to the terms and conditions of Apple's EULA.

Article 2 (Application of the Terms)

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be contrary to the relevant laws and regulations applicable to contracts based on these Terms and Conditions with the User, such provision shall not apply to the contract with such User to that extent. However, even in such a case, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.

Article 3 (Contents of this Service)

  1. This service is designed to help men and women, 18 years of age and older, find a partner. This service is free of charge, except for some services and features. However, in order to find a partner and fully communicate with other users, we recommend that you use the paid features (the paid features of the Service are hereinafter referred to as the "Paid Services"). We recommend that you use the paid services (hereinafter referred to as "Paid Services") in order to find a partner and to communicate with other users. Please note that the Services do not guarantee that you will find a Partner.
  2. In order to use the paid services, you must register as a paid service user (such registered user is hereinafter referred to as a "paying member"). (Such registered users are hereinafter referred to as "paying members"). The use of the paid services requires a monthly fee determined separately by the Company or (in the case of use of more than a certain amount determined separately by the Company) the purchase of points. The price, expiration date, method of use, purchase method, etc. of the points shall be as set forth on the "Usage Fees and Other Fees" page separately determined by the Company.

Article 4 (Provision, Non-warranty, Modification and Discontinuance of the Service)

  1. The Company may limit the number of users who can receive the Service to those customers who meet the requirements for membership registration, age, identity verification, and any other conditions the Company deems necessary.
  2. When deemed necessary by the Company, the Company may change all or part of the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service at any time without prior notice to the user. 3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user based on actions taken by the Company in accordance with the provisions hereof.
  3. We do not warrant that the Service will be free from defects in fact or law (including, but not limited to, defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors or bugs, or infringement of rights).

Article 5 (Eligibility for Use)

  1. The service is available to men and women 18 years of age or older. Age and singleness are determined within reasonable limits based on the date of birth, relationship status, and self-reports provided by the user when applying for membership, and the Company does not guarantee that all users of the service are 18 years of age or older and single at all times. If a violation is discovered after registration, the Company will, at its own discretion, invalidate the member's registration. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of the invalidation of the registration. Please understand that the Service does not currently conduct criminal background checks on users, does not inquire about users' backgrounds, and does not confirm users' declarations, and therefore the Company does not guarantee this point for other users.
  2. A person who wishes to register as a member of this service (hereinafter referred to as "prospective registrant") ("Prospective Member") shall apply for registration upon agreeing to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
